Ryan impressed me from the outset, right from his first visit to review the works and provide a quote through to completion of the job. He provided a comprehensive quote within a few days of visiting but was also proactive in finding me a better boiler for the same price he quoted and with 10 years warranty instead of the original 5 years. He was completely reliable, punctual and courteous as well as carrying out his work to a high professional standard whilst keeping his work place tidy. I have already brought him back to do some additional works - I'm very happy with him.
